Kevin Reilly’s Bio:

Kevin J. Reilly is a member of the Ridgewood (NJ) Fire Department and a Certified NJ Fire Instructor. He is a Board Member of the Fire Safety Directors Association of New York City (FSDNY) and a Board Member of the Cyanide Poisoning Treatment Coalition (CPCT).

Kevin is also an Emergency Action Plan (EAP) writer and high–rise/life safety consultant in NYC; contributing author to the book Carbon Monoxide Poisoning, edited by Dr. David Penney; creator of R–EBT. Kevin has been previously published in Fire Engineering, “Chronic CO Poisoning in Firefighters” — June 2006, and “Rethinking Air Management” — April 2008.

Frank Ricci’s Bio:

Frank Ricci is a Lieutenant with New Haven Fire on Truck 4. He is an adjunct instructor for the New Haven Fire Department, Emergency Training Solutions, Middlesex County Fire School and a FDIC hot instructor and lecturer. Frank has been a subject matter consultant for Yale, FDNY, Essex PB&R, Williams Direct Dryers, Friction Force and the DuPont Corporation.

Frank is one of the contributing authors of books entitled Carbon Monoxide Poisoning CRC Press 2008 and Fire Engineering’s Firefighter I and II Handbook, PennWell 2008. Frank has worked on a heavy rescue unit covering Bethesda and Chevy Chase MD and was a “student live in” at station 31 in Rockville MD. He was one of the co-authors of CT whistle blower law. He is in his 11th year with the New Haven Fire Department and most recently developed the Fire Engineering film “Smoke Showing.”

He is a member of the IAFC Safety and Survival Section and has lectured at the IAFF Redmond Symposium. Frank also provides training to the US Military and SWAT teams.
